St John Cymru Wales. There are a wide range of fantastic opportunities available to people who would like to make a real difference to their community and give some time to St John Wales. Even if you don’t want to become involved with First Aid, there are a variety of roles you can take on, ranging from being a youth leader to a public realtions officer. There are various stages and levels of memberships:
Badgers: Boys and Girls aged between 5 and 10 years of age are offered loads of fun in a safe and supervised environemtn.
St John Cadets: If you are aged between 10 and 18 years of age you could benefit from loads of fantastic and exciting opportunities. Currently over 2000 young people in Wales are taking part in the challenge. Are you ready to take action?
LINKS – If you are off to University but want to remain an active member of St John, or would like to become a member, then LINKS is for you. We currently have LINKS groups in Cardiff, Bangor, Aberystwyth and Swansea Universities and are aiming to set up many more across the country. Are you interested in setting up a LINKS group in your University?
Adults: For those adult members who wish to provide Frist Aid cover at events, full training is given to equip them for any circumstances. Adult members can also become fundraisers, youth leaders, First Aider’s, Treasurer or Secretary.
