The Welsh Government consultation paper on ‘Strengthening the legislative basis for youth work in Wales’ is expected to go live early next week (w/c 7th October).
Those details will be shared with CWVYS Members as soon as we receive them.
In addition, there will be an important opportunity for voluntary youth work organisations to obtain clarity on any aspect of the draft legislative proposals designed to strengthen the legislative basis for youth work.
You are invited to attend an online engagement session, delivered by the Youth Engagement Branch.
It is intended to act as a springboard to encourage the voluntary youth work sector to respond to the consultation, either individually or collectively, so that a wide range of views and perspectives are heard.
