Preventing Violence Against Women and Girls Conference

Thanks to funding from the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Office, Cardiff University will be working with partners from the University of South Wales, Plan UK, Community Safety and the Violence Prevention Unit to host a conference in October on the theme of Preventing Violence Against Women and Girls.

Date: Thursday 3^rd October

Time: 8:30 – 4pm

Venue: Temple of Peace, Cardiff

This event will be a fantastic opportunity to hear about from a range of local and national organisations about their work to prevent violence against women and girls. We will hear about current campaigns, early intervention and support, education and awareness raising, as well as the incredible work of organisations supporting victims of violence and domestic abuse.
