Celebrating Diversity and Culture

At NYCA, we understand the importance of celebrating and embracing diversity. We organise special events, such as Eid parties & the Yemeni Welsh Festival where young individuals can connect with their cultural heritage, share experiences, and strengthen their sense of identity within the wider community.

Promoting Inclusivity and Breaking Gender Stereotypes

Our girls’ sports activities are aimed at breaking gender stereotypes and promoting inclusivity. We believe that every girl should have the opportunity to participate in sports, regardless of cultural or societal expectations. By creating a safe and supportive environment, we encourage girls to challenge barriers, embrace their passion for sports, and be proud of their achievements.

Building Skills for the Future

Preparing young individuals for the challenges of the professional world is essential. To help them succeed, we offer workshops on CV writing and interview skills. These sessions equip participants with the necessary tools to effectively present themselves and enhance their employability prospects.
