Who we are?
Sunflower Lounge is a social enterprise which supports care experienced young people, care leavers and young people estranged from their families and at risk of homelessness.
What we do?
Nurturing growth – we support the young people to reduce feelings of social isolation, raise confidence, self-esteem and belief in their own future
We work across South and Mid Wales with care experienced young people, care leavers and young people estranged from their families and at risk of homelessness aged 10 years and above. We do not have an upper age limit for young people to work with us.
